Serving God
is not going to church and reading your Bible. It is practicing patience and
understanding. The people who try to take your religion away are the very
ones who give you cause to practice it (persecution). Impatience is your own
ego struggle with your problem (patience, pride, effort). Anger has its root in
pride and patience has its root in humility. Impatience is the energy of an
active pride.
Be patient
with your impatience. If you are worried or upset all the time you are actually
in a hypnotic state where you believe in your imagination. Feelings or emotions
pull you into your thoughts which arise from your thoughts; you cannot get back
out again. They control you more and more and it takes a long time to realize
you're out of control because lost in your thoughts, you cannot realize the
truth anymore (worry, patience, thinking, ambition, study, hypnosis). Patience,
honor and self-control can starve out the evil in this world (righteousness). The
Bible does not lie; some things have just been deleted. Adam has children;
then, the next thing you read is that they are getting married but there is no
one else on earth.
Something has
been deleted. There has also been something deleted regarding the Lord's Prayer.
You can say the Lord's Prayer 'til kingdom come and it never does. It is not
meant to teach us a particular prayer; it is actually meant to be an example or
description, of meditation. Meditation is actually the Lord's Prayer without
the words. It works so well because it is really the submission of the soul to
God, to His Will on earth as it is in Heaven by way of patience, humility and
grace.
There Is Force In Truth And Patience Which Is Stronger Than
The Force In Any Violent Man In The World.
The reasons
you preach are, first because it makes you look as though you are right when
actually you are not and secondly you believe that if people become convinced
that you are right then they won't give you a hard time anymore. You think
that if others would be all right, you would be all right. You must first live
what you are eventually going to tell people.
Righteousness
must be manifesting in your life before you can expect people to listen to what
you say, for it may take much nonreactive patience before they will come around
and if they don't come around, they will be compelled to separate from you like
the chaff from the wheat. You will have lost your problem either way. Problems
always resolve themselves if you are right.
