WHY OUR CHILDREN HATE US
SEX
Love is a life essence from the Creator, an unmerited gift of His vitality by which people may identify with Him and become human. As egotists, cut off from God, we are so deficient in His love that we look to other people to make good this lack. We do not realize that others, too, are hungry for us.
This terrible vampirish need attracts us to a person and makes us cling to them as we drain them. Shocked by such sudden "all-consuming" attention, the victim's ego feels so high and honored that he is not aware of any disadvantage. A growing need for life substance and a counter need to "give" so as to hold that attention is what we call "natural" love for one another.
We exist through feeling what others feel and so if we are to feel anything at all, we are obliged to make our victim feel emotional so that we can experience that emotion. Our need for another's vitality excites them and makes them feel very important, almost like a god. They are given the hypnotic delusion that whatever we become is due to them and they often feel secure in the belief that we would cease to exist without their "giving of themselves”. Their ego experiences the equivalent of an authentic divine privilege which is a form of projection, the outpouring of the spirit, the manifestation of flesh formed in the "divine" image to pay homage to a "divine" will and purpose but the "god-makers" resources are limited and after many years the time arrives when there is no more left to give. The biggest shock is the discovery that the "beautiful reflection" is a hideous, selfish, bloodsucking monster who used and "cared" for them only as a nice meal. An early grave awaits a broken, wasted being, while the monster may seek out new "masters" to fool with his need. The "master” in turn may look for a new monster to make over with more of this "love” or gasping for life, seek back the "love" he/she gave, only to become a monster.
We feel something missing because we have secretly assumed the role of God. The terrible need we have for people looks so much like glory for them that they are duped into giving us their emotional "life" in exchange while the guilt of such a practice is also assuaged by the same kind of life force they in turn draw from others.
