Whenever you put someone on a pedestal, you give that person
the power to suggest to you that which is not true, that which you want to
believe.
Once you have handed over this power, your nature becomes
altered by the effect the lie has on you. To your horror, you find that you
cannot take the power back again, that you need a deceitful presence in order
to survive. You are now under a spell, a compulsion.
We all need someone to inspire the forbidden way; to suggest
that wrong is right and to assuage our guilt. Without our amiable rogues, we
would suffer from too much awareness. It is only natural to feel stricken with
guilt and to climb the walls from withdrawal when we give up or lose our
favorite poison person.
The people who seduce us with suggestion also
"save" us with suggestion. Just so long as you continue in pride and
selfishness, that long will you give others the power to suggest your dream existence.
They will suggest drugs, alcohol, kinky sex; they will steal, cheat and rob and
you will go along for their approval, to relieve either past sins or new sins
which require outside sanction.
Because of original sin, the human race is externalized;
that is to say, we have lost the power to suggest to ourselves. That authority
now belongs to others. We need external motivation to function (pridefully) and
we need people to affirm a lie as truth.
Suggestions can be non-verbal. They can be implied and embodied. There is a body language;
a smile contains a simple message, does it not?
Any professional hypnotist worth his salt knows how to
transfer the "authority to command" to an object, so that the
presence of the object can act as a suggestion trigger. Religious symbols, amulets
and flags are among the many objects that can reinforce and inspire feeling and
behavior patterns by their mere presence.
Perhaps the single most powerful object on earth is a
woman's form. Any establishment that wishes to retain control must use the
"woman effect" to keep masses of men as soft, malleable, mindless
beasts of burden to the state. A beautiful woman embodies the serpent of
culture; she is a statement of goodness and to be embraced by her is, to a man,
a sign of worthiness. Like a flag, she represents the entire meaning and
messages inherent in culture.
As it was in paradise, so is it carried forward to this day,
with the serpent of establishment using the female, first to disturb and then
to maintain the established order (of hell) on earth
