The
first principle of Creation is motion and rest.
Out
of the original stillness comes original motion. Motion is time; time is
energy; energy is light; light becomes matter lagging in the time stream and
the distance between matter and time is infinite space.
While
rest can ultimately exist independent of motion, motion can never exist without
rest. The calm can exist without the storm but there is no storm without a
still, calm center.
There
can be no motion without stillness. Nothing is said to move except by
stillness.
From
out of the stillness, like the fury of a storm, comes time. Time, the first
creation of the timeless stillness, bears witness to the still of timelessness.
Within the still is the Timeless Creator of time.
While
He who is in the stillness is No Thing, He is not nothing for He is Spirit. All
that does appear is made by what is never seen.
While
all creation is in motion, bringing causes into effects and effects into
causes, the Ultimate Cause of all causes and effects is within the stillness.
The
earth revolves about the still sun but the sun is not still. Around another
still center does it revolve all the way back to that first still center.
